The Property

A versatile bungalow that benefits from up to four bedrooms, and two bathrooms in an enviable position tucked away just off Cricket Hill in Yateley.

Accommodation

The property is accessed from the lane via a gated entrance then a shallow staircase up to the front garden and terrace to the front door. Inside the main hallway provides access to all rooms. The main bedroom is front aspect and off to the left. This is a generous double room with a modern en-suite bathroom which has a shower-over-bath configuration. Opposite the main bedroom is currently a separate dining room, but this could also act as another good double bedroom if required. Following the hallway on the right hand side is a good sized study or potentially bedroom four. Next is bedroom two which is also a double bedroom. Yateley benefits from a range of shops, pubs and dining venues, as well as a good sized Waitrose supermarket.
