The property is conveniently situated close to local shops and sought-after schools in Burpham including George Abbot Secondary School. There are good bus services to Guildford town centre, and access to the A3 is close by.

Situation
Weylea Farm is a development of residential properties dating from the 1980's. Burpham is located approximately one and a half miles East of the town centre. There is a parade of local shops, dentists, doctors and a Sainsbury's Superstore within walking distance as well as a bus stop providing access to Guildford Town Centre. There is also nearby A3 access, North bound, connecting with the M25 orbital motorway.

Description
This well-presented home is arranged over two floors and has been extended to create flexible accommodation ideal or modern family living.
