" This modern family home with a double garage, built in the 1980n++s commands a wide plot and is extremely well presented throughout and is conveniently located in a quiet and secluded cul-de-sac, within close proximity to excellent schools.

Upon entering there is a spacious entrance hall with wood flooring and under stairs cupboard with access to all principle rooms. On the right is a front aspect study, which is naturally very bright and has custom fitted cupboards, shelving and office desk. Next to the study is a neutral downstairs cloakroom, which has a side aspect and comprises a low-level w.c and hand basin. Immediately ahead is the kitchen/breakfast room, which has a range of wooden units and laminate work-tops and tiled splashback. There is room for an American style fridge/freezer, and also room for a large oven (The vendors currently use a Rangemaster oven with gas hob). There is plumbing and space for additional appliances. The kitchen is spacious and situated at the rear of the house with lovely views over the garden. The living room is double aspect with a bay window and patio doors, along with a separate dining room, which also has patio doors.

From the entrance hallway, a staircase leads to the first floor landing where there is an airing cupboard and a storage cupboard. There is a family bathroom with power shower above the bath, designed for the combi boiler, and is very spacious and bright. On the landing is a hatch to the loft area used for storage which is partially boarded and fully insulated. All windows are double glazed with locking windows.
