" An exquisite home, with elegant features and an enormous amount of appeal, sitting back to front, yet positioned centrally within its level plot enjoying the privacy and views across the n++ acre gardens. Being double fronted, with deep bay windows flowing from the ground floor to the first, this really is a handsome home. Delicate tiling decorates the pitch of the bay windows and entrance porch, with the traditional wooden front door sitting centrally. The hallway provides access throughout downstairs to the 3 reception rooms accommodation, and the spacious kitchen breakfast room. The dining room and sitting room command the front of the house, enjoying the added light and depth from the bay windows, whilst containing the original fireplaces including the tiled surrounds in fabulous colours. An arch from the dining room leads through to the kitchen breakfast room, beautifully finished by the current owners, which you will find, is just a small note of the works this house has undergone in the last 10 years. Large rustic flagstones cover the floor, with cream shaker style units and granite surfaces above, creating a square cooking area separated from an area to dine. Two windows, a glazed door to outside and a glass pitched roof floods the kitchen with natural light. The utility area is accessed from the kitchen, providing space for a washing machine and tumble dryer. From the kitchen, an archway leads back into the hallway, with a door to the w.c. and access to the family room. There is a fireplace with log burner, two large windows overlook the side and rear of the property, and storage has been added into the alcove.

To the first floor, the galleried landing gives the property a superior feel, with solid wooden doors providing access to all 4 double bedrooms, family bathroom and separate dressing room. The master bedroom and bedroom 2, both being double aspect, enjoy the outlook across the lawn through the bay windows and have fitted storage, whilst adjacent to bedroom 2, you will find a separate dressing room, or storage room

(we understand that the previous owners used this as their study). Bedroom 3 enjoys the aspect to the rear, whilst being provided with further storage and an en-suite shower room

(the current owners use this as their guest suite). Bedroom 4 has been fitted with further storage. It must be noted, that all 4 bedrooms are fitted with built in storage and are finished beautifully with feature fireplaces. "
