" A very well appointed detached bungalow with brick elevations under a tiled roof. The property has been improved by the current owners over the last few years and is now very well presented with comfortable and modern accommodation. Particular features of note are the well presented bathrooms and kitchen, as well as the addition of a conservatory overlooking the lovely rear garden.   The overall feeling of the property is one of space and flexibility.

Situation
Set in a cul-de-sac position on the edge of Headley village. The village offers a church, public house, junior school and a village shops. More comprehensive facilities can be found in Grayshott and Liphook, about 2 and 4 miles respectively, with the latter benefitting from a station on the Portsmouth/Waterloo main line. There is a wide choice of both state and private schools in the area and there are many acres of fine countryside close at hand, much under the ownership of the National Trust.
