" A beautifully appointed detached family house understood to date from 1980 and extended in the 1990s. The present owners have carried out several improvements including upvc double glazing, re-fitted bathroom and extensive Karndean flooring throughout the ground floor. Features include fine double aspect sitting room with fitted gas coal effect fire with polished marble slips and timber mantel; double glazed doors to the rear garden. There is an extended dining room and separate study together with an excellent fitted kitchenbreakfast room with built-in double oven and hob, and separate utility room. To the first floor there are four bedrooms including main bedroom with two double wardrobe cupboards and en suite bathroom. There is also a fully tiled shower room.

Situation
Occupying a convenient position near the centre of the village of Lindford which offers a range of local shops and recently refurbished public house. More comprehensive facilities are available in the town of Liphook which is approximately 4 miles distant and has a station on the PortsmouthWaterloo main line. There is a wide choice of both state and private schools in the vicinity. There are many acres of fine countryside close at hand including much under the ownership of the National Trust.
