" Moving home can be stressful, I am sure you will agree, however a lot of the hassle can be taken away with this house purchase because Tawny Grove is being offered to the market with vacant possession, therefore there is "No Onward Chain".Move straight in, yes the property is in need of some updating but is very habitable so you can" live in" whilst carrying out the improvements.The location is a quiet one being situated towards the top end of a cul-de-sac, and the rear garden which the owner had professionally designed with the planting of flowers and shrubs, is not directly overlooked.We believe the property to be approximately 17 years old having been built by Thames Way Homes in 1994, and now for the right people, provides a great opportunity to acquire a good size 4 bedroom detached home at a very competitive price.

My father was first attracted to his house, mainly by the location. He liked the idea of being able to take a stroll to the local shops and leave his car behind.The rear garden was also a major part of his decision making process. He thought it was a good size garden for a modern house and the fact that it was not overlooked gave him the privacy that he was also seeking.During his time here he was very happy and whilst I fully understand that the property needs some updating, I feel sure it would make a perfect family home.
