" An impressive, substantial and interesting individual detached modern family house standing in grounds of just over an acre and occupying a stunning elevated yet private location close to the heart of the sought after village of Beech with superb views. Of note, the house extends to 412 sq m / 4135 sq ft (excluding outbuildings).

The house was especially designed to take full advantage of the setting with most of the well proportioned rooms having a dual aspect with fine views. The house is exceptionally well appointed and careful attention has been given by the existing owners to create a very welcoming family home.
