" A well-appointed and spacious semi-detached family house occupying a tranquil and rarely available edge of village location. The generous and versatile living accommodation includes a large sitting/dining room with an open fireplace and fine views towards the village and The Hanger. The kitchen is fitted with a range of cabinets, work surfaces, gas hob and oven. There are three spacious bedrooms to the first floor and a family bathroom. Of note, the existing owners have carefully improved the house with the installation of sealed unit double glazed windows and a gas fired boiler. The house provides scope for extension (subject to any necessary consents) and enjoys a slightly elevated setting with fine views to the front and rear.

Situation
The house occupies a mature location off a no-through road within a quarter of a mile of the centre of the village of Selborne. The active village of Selborne stands amidst fine Hampshire countryside with a public house, shops, post office, church and primary school. The village is also renowned for its association with Gilbert White, the 18th Century naturalist and is surrounded by scenery of outstanding natural beauty lying at the foot of a beech covered hanger within the South Downs National Park.
