DETAILS A two bedroom detached bungalow with garage and driveway parking positioned centrally on a plot in the region of 0.25 of an acre in the sought after village location of Upper Farringdon. The property has a 20' living room, kitchen and lean to, two double bedrooms and a shower room, in addition there are views to the rear over neighbouring fields. This property is being marketed with no onward chain.

Enter the property via a double glazed door into the porch and then through to the entrance hall. The entrance hall provides access to the various rooms and positioned to the left of the hall is the dual aspect living room. The living room has a feature fireplace, a front aspect bay window and rear aspect sliding doors providing access onto the garden. The kitchen which is positioned to the rear of the hall has a range of wall and base units with surfaces over, space for a cooker, a stainless steel sink and drainer unit, space for a fridge/freezer, rear aspect window and door providing access through to the lean to.
