Desciption
The maisonette has the advantage of windows on three sides, a smartly presented kitchen and shower room, both previously refitted, and a south westerly aspect over gardens to the rear from the bedroom and kitchen. The living room looks out towards the attractive central square. The property was built in 1986 by Laing Homes Limited with the age restriction that a purchaser must be at least 60 years old.
