Description
The property has the benefit of a South Westerly aspect from the sitting/dining room and kitchen. The development was built in 1986 by Laing Homes Ltd with the age restriction that a purchaser must be at least 60 years old. Design features include light ash style internal doors, wardrobes in both bedrooms, electric/storage heating with an off peak facility, light and power switchplates at a user friendly height, and a reception hall independently accessing all the rooms except the kitchen.
