The property has two reception rooms, a modern kitchen and scope for extending subject to the necessary planning consents. In addition there is a garden which is in excess of 250ft as well as driveway parking for several vehicles to the front. This property is being offered to the market with no onward chain.

Enter the property into the entrance hall, a short distance along the hallway to your left you will find a door through to the dining room which has a rear aspect double glazed sliding door and double doors to the front leading through to the living room. The living room has a front aspect double glazed bay window, open fireplace and measures over 12'.
