Details A three bedroom semi detached family home on the popular Greenfields Development. The property is within walking distance of Alton's picturesque town centre that offers a variety of local and national stores & is just over half a mile from Alton station..

Upon entering the property via the front door all rooms can be accessed from the 11' entrance hall. The Kitchen/dining room has a built in Zanussi coffee making machine and space for a double gas oven. On the first floor there are too double bedrooms and one single and a three piece bathroom suite in the family bathroom.

Outside of the property there is a small lawned area and raised decking area to the rear and allocated parking to the side of the garage at the front of the property. Part of the garage is used currently as an office with light and power with the remainder separated for storage, however this could easy be turned back into the garage.
