DETAILS Backing onto open space is this well-proportioned semi-detached home, situated within walking distance of Alton town centre and mainline train station serving London Waterloo. The property has a front aspect kitchen, living/dining room and upstairs three bedrooms and a bathroom. To the front there is a garage and a block paved driveway. The current owners of this property have upgraded many aspects of this property.

Enter the property via a double glazed door into the entrance hall where you find stairs to the first floor, under stairs storage and positioned to the left the kitchen and to the rear the living/dining room.
