" A delightful period home believed to date from about 1860/70 with well proportioned rooms and large sash windows, which has been carefully extended and improved whilst still retaining all of its inherent character to provide a comfortable and interesting home in a sought after location overlooking The Butts Green. The house is approached via a pedestrian gate with a path leading to the front door and well tended gardens to the side. Inside there are two very good sized reception rooms, the rear of the house having been extended to provide a beautifully proportioned sitting room with a lovely outlook over the rear garden. This room features a period style fireplace with decorative tile insets and hearth together with wooden mantel and surround. The dining room at the front of the house also features a gas coal effect fire whilst the kitchen is fitted with modern wall and base cabinets as well as a period style fireplace. The adjacent utility room has further cupboards, sink and plumbing for a washing machine. There are three good double bedrooms to the first floor.
