" Four bedroom detached family chalet style house, located in this popular area of Liss village. Perfect for a family moving to the area that require either good links with the station or the A3. The current owner built this property in 1975. To the ground floor are 2 double bedrooms, living room, kitchen/dining room and a bathroom, and on the first floor 2 further double bedrooms and a family bathroom.To the front of the property is a gravel drive providing off road parking for several cars, this in turn leads to the garage. There is a small area laid to lawn with mature hedge, flower and shrub borders, whilst the rear garden is fully enclosed with mature hedging partly dividing the area. There is an abundance of mature shrubs and bushes.

I was in the building trade and took the opportunity to build my own property about thirty five years ago. The advantage of building this home was that I could really accommodate for the rooms that my family needed. We decided to go for four double bedrooms and two large bathrooms so there were no arguments.I am a great fan of motor bikes so having a garage to work on them in has made my hobby a lot easier.
Having the large drive has been great on family occasions as we have no problems accommodating for all of the cars. We are sad to be leaving this home but we no longer need something of this size.
