Situation
Tuckenhay is situated in a highly regarded position on the outskirts of Liss village and from the rear of the property there are views over the adjoining paddock and countryside beyond. The village of Liss has a range of shops for day to day needs and a railway station on the Portsmouth to London Waterloo line. There are more comprehensive facilities at Petersfield including the Rams Walk shopping complex, Waitrose and Tesco supermarkets, Marks & Spencer food hall and a twice weekly market held in The Square on Wednesday and Saturday. Petersfield also has a main line railway station and for commuters travelling by road the A3 bypass has improved access between the South Coast and London. There are also excellent schools in the vicinity including Bedales School, Churcher's College and Ditcham Park School.
