" A detached and spacious family house having been extended by the previous owner, providing fabulous accommodation in an excellent position for Liss village. Entered via a spacious entrance hall with wooden parquet flooring, cloakroom off and door to large spacious sittingdining room with opening through to the conservatory and benefitting from gorgeous garden views. The fitted kitchen has a door to the garage where there is a utility room to the rear. To the first floor are five bedrooms with shower room and separate wc. From the rear bedrooms are fine views over the garden and far views to the South Downs. The property which offers excellent space is dated but has potential for modernisationre-modelling subject to planning and relevant permissions. The house is offered with no onward chain.

Situation
Occupying an excellent position in a residential road being about 0.2 mile from the centre of Liss. The village offers a good range of day-to-day facilities including shops, public house, local school and station on the PortsmouthWaterloo main line. More comprehensive facilities are available in the town of Petersfield, about 4.5 miles, and Liphook about 5 miles, both with main line stations and a good range of state and private schools including Churchers and Bedales at Petersfield and Bohunt at Liphook. The A3 is within about 1.7 miles, providing good links to Guildford and London to the north and the coast to the south. There are many acres of fine countryside close at hand, much under the ownership of the National Trust or within the South Downs National Park.
