" This three bedroom semi detached Victorian home has been comprehensively updated and redecorated by the current owner to an excellent standard and the accommodation briefly comprises, double glazed leaded light front door to the entrance hall with picture rails and dado rails and a strip pine door to the sitting room which has a square bay window and open hearth fireplace set in a tiled surround. The dining room has a fine balustrade staircase to the first floor and built-in pine storage cupboards and there is a glazed door to the kitchen which has been fitted with an excellent range of modern units comprising cupboards, drawers, wall cupboards and working surfaces and there is a built-in electric fan assisted oven, gas hob unit with stainless steel extractor canopy above, dishwasher and fridge. On the first floor landing there is a hatch to the roof space and doors to the three bedrooms (two with ornamental fireplaces) and a shower room which has been refitted with a modern white suite comprising Aqualisa shower unit set in a tiled cubicle, inset wash hand basin with cupboard beneath, low level wc and there are built-in storage cupboards.
