LOCATION: The property is well positioned, set back and slightly elevated from the road. Not being overlooked at the front, and having an pleasant open outlook over a small green on the opposite side of the road. The village centre is within a comfortable, near level walk.
Liss village, situated in the South Downs National Park, provides shops for all day to day needs, mainline station and schools for infants and juniors.  The A3 bypasses the village, providing easy access to the south coast and the M25 and London to the north. The opening of the Hindhead tunnel has enhanced the attraction of this sought after location, potentially attracting people wishing to move out from the traditional commuter belt and suburbs but still being able to return there for work. The other nearby towns of Petersfield, Alton and Haslemere are all easily accessible, as are the cities of Chichester and Portsmouth.

Both the double bedrooms are of a good size, the main bedroom to the rear has two built in double wardrobes anda good size en suite shower room with large shower enclosure, pedestal washbasin and low level w.c. The main bathroom has a panel enclosed bath with mixer tap and hand shower attachment. Pedestal washbasin and low level w.c.

The bungalow is well appointed throughout with double glazing and covered and smooth finished ceilings.

Outside a lengthy paviour drive provides excellent parking and turning. The front garden is laid to lawn with various shrub, small trees and borders, beech bushes flank the entrance to the drive. There is access to each side of the bungalow with path leading to the rear garden, which is well enclosed by fenced boundaries. Along the rear of the bungalow is a wide paved path/patio with brick retaining wall and three shallow steps up to a large expanse of lawn. There are various borders, shrubs and small trees as well as a greenhouse and a garden shed. The good size integral garage has an electric up and over door as well as a side door and window.
