" A well appointed detached family house, understood to date originally from 1976, presented with brick elevations under a tiled roof. The property has been the subject of improvements by the present owners over the last eleven years including refitted bathroom and cloakroom suites, refitted kitchen incorporating a double oven, ceramic hob and extractor fan over, and an excellent range of storage cupboards and UPVC double glazing throughout. The property offers excellent family accommodation and an internal inspection is highly recommended.

Situation
Occupying a pleasant cul-de-sac position with delightful park-like views to the rear. The village of Liss Forest has a post office/store and public house. There is direct access to the recreation ground. Liss village is 1.2 miles, offering a range of shops and station on the Portsmouth/Waterloo main line. More comprehensive facilities are available in Petersfield and Liphook, both about 6 miles distant. There is an excellent choice of both state and private schools in the vicinity. All of Liss is within the South Downs National Park, with fine countryside and a wide choice of footpaths close at hand.
