" We are pleased to be able to offer a lovely semi detached Victorian Cottage set in a cul de sac and backing onto Longmoor Common with beautiful views, and comprises of 2 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, kitchen, wet room/ shower room and large loft room currently used as a bedroom. All windows of the property were replaced with double glazing in 2007.The property is entered by a side front door from covered porch. The Kitchen has fitted units and tiled walls with gas connections for cooking, space for all white goods and wood laminate flooring. The downstairs bathroom is formed as a large wet room

(currently for disabled use) w/c and sink set in built in unit. The large airing cupboard is very generous in size and faces another large storage cupboard. There are two reception rooms one front facing with a very large under stairs storage cupboard, one south facing with doors to the garden and gas fitted fire. There are many attractive shrubs, two garden sheds the one at the end of the garden having electric and power being an ideal work shop. The House has full gas central heating and private parking for two cars to the front of the property.Overall a wonderful example of a Victorian cottage that requires some updating and modernisation.
