" Prince’s road is a beautiful example of a modernised 1920’s family home. Situated in a popular area of Petersfield, strolling distance to the town and station, this property is not one to be missed. The present owners have made many improvements to the property and really have put a lot of thought into making this a good size workable home. The property has retained many of its character features which include lovely high ceilings, original floorboards and beautiful fireplaces. The lounge is a very light room owing to its big bay window to the front. The kitchen diner area is a very impressive space. This room is ideal for enjoying you everyday meals and a perfect area for entertaining. The kitchen is well defined but opens well into the dining space there is plenty of cupboard and work surface space. There is a utility area to the back of the kitchen and a separate cloakroom. If this area is not enough to impress you, the dining area then opens onto a good-sized conservatory which overlooks the private garden. Upstairs you will be pleased with the three spacious bedrooms keeping those room size arguments to a minimum. The family bathroom is well equipped with bath with shower over, wash hand basin and W.C.To the rear of the property lies the garden which is not overlooked. An ideal area for the children to play with plenty of space.

What the Owner says:

This house has been such a good family home.
we bought the property as we knew it had potential it offered great sized rooms and the scope for further extension which was exactly what we were looking for. I like character properties and have enjoyed modernising the house but making sure we retained some of its character. The bonus of this house was that we had the opportunity to purchase some of the land out the back to provide us with parking and a garage. The location is very handy for popping into town and getting to the station.
