" This semi-detached 1930's built home is situated in a popular residential road and the accommodation comprises covered entrance with quarry tiled flooring, courtesy light and double glazed front door to the entrance hall which has a balustrade staircase to the first floor landing with a cupboard beneath. The dining room has a splay bay double glazed window and an archway to the sitting room which has picture rails and double glazed sliding patio doors to the rear garden. The kitchen is fitted with a range of modern units comprising cupboards, drawers, wall cupboards and working surfaces, single drainer stainless steel sink unit with mixer tap, built-in larder with shelving and also housing a Vaillant gas boiler and there are doors to the outside and adjoining utility room.
