" This late 1960's built detached family home provides well proportioned living accommodation and is being offered for sale with immediate vacant possession. The accommodation comprises entrance lobby with staircase to the first floor landing with cupboard beneath, living room with large double glazed windows to two aspects overlooking the front and rear gardens, an open hearth fireplace set in a stone surround and double glazed sliding patio doors to the outside. The kitchen/breakfast room has a good range of contemporary fitted units comprising cupboards, drawers, wall cupboard and working surfaces, fitted island with cupboards beneath, built-in electric oven/grill and hob unit with stainless steel extractor canopy above, built-in dishwasher, 1n++ bowl sink unit with mixer tap, double glazed windows to two aspects and there are doors to the inner lobby and dining room/bedroom 4. Weatherbury is located within the highly regarded village of Steep and is surrounded by many miles of Hampshire countryside. The market town of Petersfield is less than 2 miles away and has an excellent range of shops including high street stores and independent retailers and there is also a twice weekly market held in The Square. Petersfield also has a main line railway station on the Portsmouth to London Waterloo line and there are excellent schools in the vicinity including Bedales School, Churcher's College and Ditcham Park School. The area is within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and lies within the boundary of the South Downs National Park.
