What the Owner says:

We bought the house from new approximately 11 years ago and have really enjoyed living in Marden Way. We chose this particular plot because it is not overlooked to the rear which is quite uncommon, plus we love being able to walk into town at weekends leaving the car at home.In recent years we have created a gym, added a conservatory, upgraded the family and en-suite bathrooms, fitted new carpets throughout and added solid wood flooring downstairs. We will miss our home and hope that the next owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
