" This extremely well presented one bedroom first floor flat has been recently been redecorated and has new carpets throughout. The property has full double glazing and a gas heating system giving an excellent Energy Efficiency Rating of 66.

The accommodation comprises double glazed front door leading to the entrance hall with built-in cupboard, a sitting room with two double glazed windows, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, an attractive bathroom with electric shower and a kitchen with a range of fitted units including, electric cooker, washing machine and fridge with a freezer compartment.

Tenants will have use of a numbered parking space, the communal garden laid to lawn with seating area and the Herne Farm private leisure centre comprising of a swimming pool, two squash courts and a community hall. There is a fee of £20.00 per annum for this facility.
