" This impressive five bedroom detached family home was constructed by Messrs Kebbell Homes and is situated in a residential cul-de-sac on the edge of the popular Herne Farm development. Situation
Lower Mead is a residential cul-de-sac on the edge of Herne Farm, about 1 mile from Petersfield town centre. Petersfield has a main line railway station providing a service from Portsmouth to London Waterloo and there is an excellent range of shops including the Rams Walk complex, Waitrose and Tesco supermarkets, Marks & Spencer food hall and a market is held in The Square on Wednesday and Saturday. There are excellent schools in the vicinity including Churcher's College, Bedales School and Ditcham Park School.
