" A superb opportunity to purchase this well proportioned 1930's built family home presented in excellent decorative order throughout and having been comprehensively updated by the present owners. The property has replacement double glazing throughout, a gas heating system

(radiators) and the accommodation comprises entrance porch with quarry tiled flooring and double glazed leaded light door to the spacious entrance hall with balustrade staircase to the first floor landing and cupboard beneath.
