" A five bedroom detached family house built in 2019 by Taylor Wimpey with the balance of a 10 year NHBC warranty. The house offers excellent family accommodation over three floors with Amtico flooring throughout the ground floor.   There is a good size sitting room with useful study, currently used as a home office, and a very good open plan kitchendining area with double doors leading to the garden. The comprehensively equipped kitchen features stone work tops, an induction hob and upgraded appliances.   On the first floor there is a superb main suite with dressing room and en suite shower room, with two further double bedrooms and bathroom. On the second floor are two further bedrooms which provide very flexible accommodation, one of which is currently used as a sitting room, and there is a shower room. Situation
Occupying a good position on the entrance to the Lowsley Farm development. There is good access to Weavers Down and The Old Thorns country club and golf course. Liphook provides a good range of facilities including a Sainsburys supermarket, doctors and dentist surgeries, library and a good range of both state and private schools including Bohunt Community School and Sixth Form, Highfield School and Churchers Junior School. There are many acres of fine countryside close at hand, much under the ownership of the National Trust.
