" A well appointed detached family house understood to date from 2000 and presented with brick elevations under a tiled roof. The property was originally the show house to this popular development. The present owners have carried out several improvements during their ownership including refitted utility room and kitchen with granite work surfaces, extensive floor and eye level units, built-in hob and oven, and replacement UPVC double glazing. The ground floor features three separate reception rooms including a fine sitting room with open fireplace with 'marble' surround and fitted gas fire. To the first floor, there are four double bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes, two benefitting from en suite facilities and a family bathroom. An internal inspection is highly recommended.

Situation
Occupying a highly convenient position within about 200 yards of Liphook village centre with its station on the Waterloo/Portsmouth main line. The village offers a range of facilities including a Sainsbury's supermarket, doctors surgeries and library. There is an excellent choice of both state and private schools in the vicinity including Churchers Junior School and Bohunt Secondary School which won the TES School of the Year in 2014. The A3 is about 1.2 miles distant providing excellent access to Guildford, London, Heathrow and Gatwick, the M25 and the South Coast.
