" The property is a spacious family home offering excellent and flexible accommodation. The house is set back from the road with gardens to the front and back with wonderful rural views to the rear. The reception rooms are all located off the central Hallway. These comprise of a particularly impressive double aspect Sitting Room with a large central brick fireplace with a beam mantle; there are large double doors which lead to the Dining Room and to the KitchenBreakfast Room. There is also a Study off the hallway which leads to a further annexe room, converted by the current owners to provide further flexible space. There are two downstairs cloakrooms. On the first floor there is a superb Main Bedroom Suite with a Dressing Room and en suite Shower Room and excellent views of the garden and the fields beyond. There is an excellent choice of both state and private schools within the vicinity including Churchers Junior School and Bohunt Academy.
