" Retreat Cottage is a refurbished two bedroom bungalow in a rural location, set in a plot measuring approximately one third of an acre with huge potential for further development. The vendors had obtained planning permission (now lapsed) to convert the house to a two storey four or five bedroom detached home with a separate double garage. The East Hants District Council website will enable interested parties to view the planning details using the reference: 23550/010.
