" An individually designed chalet-style residence understood to date from 1959 and presented with part brick and Tyrolean rendered elevations under a tiled main roof. The property benefits from a charming sitting room with open fireplace, wide opening through to separate dining room. There is also a large sun room currently used as a study with doors to the rear garden. There is a fitted kitchen/breakfast room and two double bedrooms. To the first floor there are two further bedrooms. Scope does exist for enlarging the property, subject to planning.

Situation
Occupying a pleasant non-estate position off a small private road within about 0.75 mile of the centre of Liphook with its good shopping and recreational facilities. Liphook station on the Waterloo/Portsmouth main line is within about 1 mile and Liphook Golf Course is about 2 miles distant. There is an excellent choice of both state and private schools in the vicinity, including Bohunt Academy and Churchers Junior School. More comprehensive facilities can be found in Haslemere within about 5 miles, There are many acres of fine countryside close at hand, including much under the ownership of the National Trust.
