" Detached family house of good proportions presented with part brick, stone and tile hung elevations under a tiled roof. The property has been improved and modernised by the current owners, in particular the kitchen and bathrooms. The property has a light and well proportioned feel with a good size living room with double doors leading to the lovely rear garden and an opening through to the dining room. There is a separate study and the kitchen/breakfast room has garden access through a lean-to conservatory. On the first floor, the bedrooms have fitted or built-in wardrobes and the master benefits from a large en suite bathroom with bath and shower cubicle. There is also a family bathroom. Situation
Occupying a sought-after position on the well regarded Berg Estate within about 0.5 mile of Liphook station on the Portsmouth/Waterloo main line. Liphook village offers a good range of local amenities including shops, Sainsburys supermarket and recreational facilities. There is an excellent choice of both state and private schools in the vicinity including Churchers Junior School and Bohunt Secondary School which won the TES Secondary School of the Year in 2014.
