" A detached family house of excellent proportions, understood to date from the 1960s, presented with Tyrolean rendered elevations under a tiled roof.   The property has been substantially extended and benefits from replacement double glazing throughout. Situation
Occupying a highly sought-after position at the end of one of Liphookβ€˜s premier roads with wonderful views to the rear towards Weavers Down. The land immediately adjoining is part of the South Downs National Park. The centre of Liphook is within 0.25 mile, providing a range of shops and main line station to London Waterloo in about 1 hour. There is an excellent choice of both state and private schools in the vicinity including Churchers Junior School, Highfield and Bohunt Academy and Sixth Form.
