" This semi detached home has been extended to one side and currently offers three or four bedrooms, or three bedrooms with a home office or study. In addition there is a good sized living room, fitted kitchen which opens into the dining area, downstairs cloakroom, family bathroom, garage, off street parking and a wider than average garden. Presented in good decorative order throughout, internal viewing is highly recommended. The house is located in a cul-de-sac close to the centre of the village. The main shopping centre and the Sainsburys supermarket are within easy reach, as is the mainline station providing services into London Waterloo scheduled to take approximately one hour. There are excellent schools nearby; of particular note is Bohunt Secondary School which draws families from afar due to its reputation. The area as a whole is surrounded by beautiful countryside where walking and riding can be enjoyed. There is golf at Liphook and Old Thorns golf clubs and a health farm at Forest Mere.
