" A well appointed detached five bedroom family house, understood to date originally from the 1930s, presented with part rendered and tile hung elevations under a tiled roof. The property was substantially extended in 2002 and the current owners have carried out further improvements in recent years including the provision of upvc double glazing, refitted utility room and wet room. The property offers very deceptive accommodation. To the ground floor there is a sitting room with open fireplace with cast iron surround and polished marble hearth, door leading to fine open plan fitted kitchen/dining room with integrated double oven, 4-ring gas hob with extractor fan over, microwave and integrated fridge/freezer. Beyond is an excellent conservatory with double doors to the garden. In addition the ground floor benefits from a study and ground floor bedroom with adjoining wet room. To the first floor there are four bedrooms, two with en suite shower rooms. An internal inspection is strongly recommended.

Situation
Occupying a convenient position within about 0.5 mile of the centre of Liphook with its range of shops including Sainsburys supermarket. Liphook station, on the Portsmouth/Waterloo main line is about 0.75 mile. There is an excellent range of schools in the area including Highfield, Churchers Junior School and Bohunt Community School which won the TES Secondary School of the Year in 2014. More comprehensive facilities are available in the town of Haslemere within about 4.5 miles. There are many acres of fine countryside close at hand, much under the ownership of the National Trust.
