" Situated in an attractive enclave on the outskirts of Guildford but still within easy reach of the town's beautiful and historic High Street and everything that goes with it. The house has been beautifully maintained by our client during her time there and is now very much a house into which an incoming buyer could move extremely easily should they so wish. Throughout the house the accommodation is made up of rooms that are light and airy, all of which adds to the overall feeling of space. On the ground floor a reception hall with a downstairs cloakroom and large coats cupboard gives way to a large sitting/dining room which runs front to back and has doors at the rear that lead out onto the terrace and garden.
