The study has the added benefit of a downstairs cloakroom attached which then backs on to the utility room from the kitchen. To the right is a large open plan living room/dining room with a lovely bay window and varnished parquet flooring with a front aspect leading through to the dining room with a door leading to the garden. The dining room also leads through to the kitchen, which is bright and airy and has the benefit of a rear aspect. The kitchen is modern with a 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, and fitted 'Whirlpool' micro oven. In addition to this there is a range of modern white units and work surfaces, tiled walls and a tiled floor. The kitchen leads through to the utility room, which has a access to the back garden.
