" Boasting a picturesque setting overlooking a communal green, this charming and characterful 4 bedroom town house offers generous accommodation complimented by a pretty garden. The hall leads past a cloakroom to a bright and airy sitting room with feature fireplace. To the rear of the property the open plan kitchen / family room can be found with a range of integrated and fitted white goods (including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and range cooker). Other features include a wine fridge, a study area and a partially glazed dining area looking over the garden. 2 bedrooms both offering en suite facilities are located on the first floor from the landing. Both en suites have baths, WCs and sinks. Stairs rise to the second floor with a large storage cupboard on the landing. Two more double bedrooms are served by a shower room with WC and sink.
