" Built in 1901 as a hospital, the King Edward VII Sanatorium was heralded as one of the finest Arts and Crafts buildings of its time. Hamptons International are delighted to be marketing this stunning two bedroom apartment (former show home) within this beautiful building. Approached from a main galleried entrance hall way with concierge, access is gained to all facilities within the building, including, reading rooms and additional reception areas and planned gym and swimming pool.
