" A well presented semi detached house with westerly facing garden and garage close to National Trust lands and approximately 2 miles from the town and station.

The garden is mainly lawn with well stocked beds and borders with many mature shrubs and plants and to one side is a raised terrace ideal for al fresco dining. Situation
Within walking distance is the village of Camelsdale with its excellent local school, village shop and church whilst the thriving market town of Haslemere is approximately 2 miles distant and offers a wide and varied range of shopping facilities with both multiples and privately owned boutiques. There is a vast array of restaurants catering for most tastes, a range of coffee houses and the town is ideally located for the commuter with fast links to the airports and a station on the Portsmouth Waterloo line giving access to London in approximately 55 minutes.
