" On the ground floor is a light and welcoming entrance hall with beautifully restored wooden floors and stairs to first floor and doors leading to the living room and cloak room. The living room is semi open plan to the sitting room with elevated viewsand an open chimney housing the log burning stove. Beyond the sitting room is the TV room which again has the open chimney with log burning stove and leads to the naturally bright and vaulted kitchen/dining room with bi-folding doors to the rear garden, a fully fitted kitchen and separate utility room. On the first floor the landing provides access to all rooms as well as access to the loft. There are two double bedrooms and one single, one with built in wardrobes. The family bathroom has a three piece modern suite with shower attachment above the bath.

Situation
Longdene Road is a well regarded residential road in the centre of Haslemere, approximately quarter of a mile from the station and High Street. Haslemere is situated on the border between Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire and is well placed for access to London either via the A3 London to Portsmouth Road or via the mainline station to London Waterloo. The town centre offers a wide range of shopping, sporting and leisure facilities and the area is renowned for its beautiful countryside, which includes many walks and bridleways, as well as vast areas of land in the ownership of the National Trust. Other facilities in the area include sailing on the South Coast, golf courses at Liphook and Hindhead and theatres at Guildford and Chichester.
