" A four bedroom detached family house in a super location in Haslemere, perfectly located for the station and town centre. There are steps leading up to the front door which lead into the main entrance hallway with doors to the naturally bright main reception room with sliding doors leading out onto a balcony providing superb, far reaching views across Haslemere. From the hallway there are also doors to the downstairs wc and the well-appointed kitchen with an expanse of work surface and storage units at eye and base level. On the first floor there is a master/double bedroom with en-suite shower room, two further bedrooms, a 4th bedroom/study and a family bathroom.

Situation
Longdene Road is a well-regarded residential road in the centre of Haslemere 3 minutes from the station and a short walk to the High Street. Haslemere is situated on the border between Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire and is well placed for access to London either via the A3 London to Portsmouth Road or via the mainline station to London Waterloo in under an hour. The area provides an excellent choice of schooling catering to all ages in both the state and private sectors. Haslemere town centre offers a wide range of shopping, sporting and leisure facilities and the area is renowned for its beautiful countryside which includes many walks and bridleways, as well as vast areas of land in the ownership of the National Trust.
