" A wonderful two bedroom terraced period home within a short stroll of Haslemere town centre and its mainline station. This home provides light and airy accommodation that has been well thought out comprising of a front aspect sitting room with exposed wood flooring, feature fireplace and double glazed window. From here a door leads to the kitchen with a range of cupboards, door to the garden and stairs to the first floor. Upstairs from the landing with access to the loft, the front bedroom is a double room, with bedroom two also being a decent size. The family bathroom completes this floor.

The rear garden is another great benefit to this home being a neat courtyard space, with rear access gate that leads to steps providing convenient access through the Waitrose carpark into town. The garden is enclosed by panel fencing with a traditional terrace right of way access across the gardens. There are also two outbuildings with power that need a little 'tlc' but could be used as workshops and utility areas.

In summary a great town centre home with period charm that is well worth your viewing time. EPC-D
