" A much improved detached family home offering generous living and sleeping accommodation having been extended by the current owners. On the ground floor there is an entrance hallway with large window allowing natural light to flood the downstairs space giving a real spacious feel, there are doors to a fully fitted and modern kitchen, a study/bedroom 4, a downstairs bathroom with modern fitted bathroom suite and a naturally bright and extended main reception room with double glazed French doors leading out to the rear garden. On the first floor there are three generously sized double bedrooms all accessed from the spacious landing also with a door to a second modern fitted family bathroom.

Situation
The property is situated on the west side of Haslemere occupying an elevated position and is convenient for the shops at Weyhill and Herons leisure centre. Haslemere, about 1.5 miles distant, is situated on the border between Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire and is well placed for access to London either via the A3 London to Portsmouth road or via the mainline station to London Waterloo which is approximately 1 mile from the property. The town centre offers a wide range of shopping including Waitrose, sporting and leisure facilities and the area is renowned for its beautiful countryside which includes many walks and bridleways, as well as vast areas of land in the ownership of the National Trust. Other facilities in the area include sailing on the South Coast, golf courses at Liphook and Hindhead, together with racing at Goodwood and theatres at Guildford and Chichester

The house is set back from the road with off road parking at street level for two cars. The front garden is mainly laid to lawn with steps leading from the parking zone up towards the front of the house.
