It is located in a highly sought-after no through road with easy access to schools, station and all local amenities. There are two main reception rooms with oak flooring that interconnect to provide a spacious living area. There is a study, cloakroom, large kitchen/breakfast room, separate utility room with fitted appliances and door to rear garden. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, 3 with fitted wardrobes and a well fitted bathroom. On the lower ground floor there is a double garage with access to an extensive under ground storage area (restricted height).

Situation
The property is situated on the west side of Haslemere occupying an elevated position and is convenient for the shops at Weyhill and Herons leisure centre. Haslemere, about 1.5 miles distance, is situated on the border between Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire and is well placed for access to London either by road via the A3 London to Portsmouth or via the mainline station to London Waterloo. The town centre offers a wide range of shopping including Waitrose, M&S Food store, sporting and leisure facilities. The area is renowned for its beautiful countryside which includes many walks and bridleways, as well as vast areas of land in the ownership of the National Trust. Other facilities in the area include sailing on the South Coast, golf courses at Liphook and Hindhead, together with racing at Goodwood and theatres at Guildford and Chichester.
