" A charming three bedroom detached family home, situated in an elevated position on this popular residential road with far reaching views and off street parking. The property can be accessed from both the front garden or the rear garden leading to a main entrance door located on the side of the house. This opens into an inner hallway with doors to all rooms and stairs to the first floor. A well proportioned sitting room extending into a bay window is further complemented with an open fire and decorative surround. Double doors lead directly into a separate dining room with French doors to an adjacent terrace. The kitchen has been re fitted with a range of units and an expanse of work surfaces. In addition a small pantry area is plumbed for a washing machine. The first floor is of equal merit, comprising of three bedrooms, a re fitted white bathroom suite and a separate WC. From the first floor landing access is provided to a loft space for additional storage.

The property is situated on the west side of Haslemere occupying an elevated position and is convenient for the shops at Weyhill and Herons leisure centre. Haslemere, about 1.5 miles distant, is situated on the border between Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire and is well placed for access to London either via the A3 London to Portsmouth road or via the main line station to London Waterloo. The town centre offers a wide range of shopping, sporting and leisure facilities and the area is renowned for its beautiful countryside which includes many walks and bridleways, as well as vast areas of land in the ownership of the National Trust. Other facilities in the area include sailing on the South Coast, golf courses at Liphook and Hindhead, together with racing at Goodwood and theatres at Guildford and Chichester.
